  • Shopkeepers who wish to cancel their subscription to the Platform may do so at any time.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing or through the designated cancellation feature on the Platform.
  • Upon cancellation, the shopkeeper’s access to the Platform will be terminated at the end of the current billing period.
  1. Refunds:
  • Please note that we do not provide any refunds for cancelled subscriptions. All subscription fees are non-refundable.
  1. Service Termination:
  • We reserve the right to terminate a shopkeeper’s subscription and access to the Platform for violation of our terms and conditions.
  • In such cases, no refunds will be provided for the remaining subscription period.
  1. Service Interruptions and Technical Issues:
  • We strive to maintain uninterrupted access to the Platform. However, we are not responsible for any technical issues or service interruptions beyond our control.
  • In case of service disruptions due to our actions, we will work to rectify the issue promptly.
